Lots of property. Warrior river runs through it. Good roads, 8 pt or better, has clubhouse, has hogs,tough hunting but good deer,strong genetics. A friend of mines grandfather runs it also can only shoot 1 doe during bow season and limitations on the hogs.

I can't figure out how a club in north Jefferson County would be called Central Alabama Sportsman's Club? Yea that didn't make any sense to me either
