Oh well, I'll just count the days.

I hunted with some really great guys but if I have many more seasons like that, I'll just pay 2K and spend a week hunting with an outfitter and to hell with 5 trips to the delta to kill 4 ducks in a year. Killed my first canvasback and got to watch the sunrise (or cloudy skies light up) 19 times between teal season and regular season so I can't complain. 117 birds on 19 hunts with 1 skunk in teal season and 1 skunk in regular season. Hunted in AR, AL, and GA. Hunted by myself more than I'd like but also had some good hunts with some good guys. Learned a lot and was certainly tired by the last weekend. Looking forward to the opener next year. Got a lot of work to do between now and then!
