booner270 OP 4 point Joined: Jan 2015 Posts: 476 Walker county, Al.	anyone wanna share what rings you use to on ruger american, I am mounting 40 mm nikon pro staff and want it as low as possible. will low, medium, be best? also feel free to share experiences with your ruger american. I am gonna mainly use mine for a fowl weather, truck gun beater, etc WAR EAGLE!!

Luvbowhuntn 8 point Joined: Feb 2014 Posts: 1,272 Town Creek,Al.	I just picked up a Ruger American Predator today in .22-250. I used medium rings to mount a 3-9�40 Minox on it. That's using the rail that comes on the Predator rifles. Sits just right with the medium rings Sent leaning against a big oak in knee deep water

Swink2 3 point S Joined: Jan 2014 Posts: 109 Gardendale, Alabama	I don't have the ruger american but I just bought a savage trophy hunter and put a 3-9-40 prostaff on it withe the dnz game reaper one piece rings and mounts. Alot of guys recommended these to me on here and after I got them put on really like them. Very sturdy setup that looks hard to bump or knock your scope off zero
