This is one of the nicest little motors I've ever seen. 1996 Johnson 9.9, electric start, 15" shaft. I got it from the guy that bought it new, he used it 5 times, and then winterized it and stored it in his house, it is immaculate. I bought it, put a new water pump in it, bumped the starter and she fired up, runs like a champ. 1000.00

How much does it weight? How fast would it push a 10ft flat bottom boat?

77 lbs, probably faster than you'd want to go in a 10 footer.

That thing would look like one of those swamp racing dinghy's with a 9.9 on a 10 footer

That thing would be gone fast in Cullman.

I have a 25 on my 14ft..im sure that 9.9 will push a 10ft pretty good.

Not even any rock dings on the skeg or prop that I can see. That's a nice little engine.
