YES sir. i use mrs wages pickling spice from walmart. put in extra red pepper and peppers bc i like mine a little spicy. Seal off put in fridge for 24 hours then enjoy

I think my grandmother puts okra in a jar plus garlic and peppercorns if you like em, then pours boiling vinegar over the okra to cover. seals em, flips em upside down.

I made 10 jars of pickled okra last night. I bought a couple packs of "kosher dill pickle mix" from wal-marks and just followed the directions on the back. I'll post back on how they turn out.

I'm interested to hear the update on the homemade pickled okra. I wouldn't mind making some myself if it turns out well.

i take the bigger pods of okra and cut them up and put them in jars as well.. nice little snack size.
