What you need is a go pro on ur hat so he knows you got your eye on him. And if he still gets to be to much just remove all recording devices and adjust his attitude and then put camera back on after looking into it and saying sorry for the technical difficulties.

My wife runs the afterschool program for the school she works at and it is very common for the parents to be late. Everybody understands that it will happen occasionally and the teachers just take them to the afterschool room until parents pick them up. Since other parents pay for the afterschool care and it costs the school money, the late parents are charged for a day of afterschool care depending on how late and how frequently it happens. 15 minutes, one time, my wife wouldn't worry about it. In fact, they wouldn't even be brought to her over 15 minutes. No way suspension of a pre K, even though I realize what the principle is doing. She is just trying to nip it in the bud, because it creates big problems for the school if it becomes habitual. DW, meet with principle and be pleasant and remorseful and assure her it won't be a habit and it will be OK. Sounds like the Super has already handled most of the issue for you. I know my wife has told me about one parent that was a very habitual offender that refused to pay until the principle finally told the Mom not to bring the kid back to school until the fees are paid. Mom drives a newer Escalade and wouldn't pay so my wife called grandmother, who she knew from previous students and grandmother came and paid the fees. One time when the woman was late, another teacher stopped to get nails done on way home and fat Mom was late picking her child up because she was getting her nails done. When wife found out this tidbit, the camel's back broke. That is just the entitlement mentality we deal with in our society. DW was your manicurist running 15 minutes behind that day?  For the record this is a Big ole Black female principle. When I first went in to pick up Court, I apologized and said I would not make a habit of it. I was actually 5 minutes late. Pickup is form 2:15-2:25 I got their at 2:30. Either way its not going to be pretty today I a meeting with the SI.
