I do the same. I just wash them in scent free detergent and hang them to dry.

Run a couple cups of baking soda on hot cycle through washer, hang dry outside then into big plastic sip loc bags and into cedar boxs. Spray with scent killer if I'm bow hunting.

There is 2 different high fence. 1 small and one big! Mine was free range in the big pen and was not a breeder buck. Why does it have to be twisted around??

I hand wash all of my clothes that I will wear to hunt with Buck Bar Scent Control Soap, then I let it dry, and hand wash it again in Buck Bar Pine Scented Soap. Works amazing for the area I hunt in since its mainly pine plantations! https://www.facebook.com/buckbarsoaps

I wash my clothes in the store brand Baby Dreft detergent which is sent free! I then stick my clothes in a big bin with pine branches and other branches from the area. I also wear my base layer in the truck and wait to put on my outer garments when I get to my spot! It has helped tremendously, especially during bow season when I'm up close and personal!
But above all that, HUNT THE WIND! If you have an idea of where the deer are traveling and coming from, always hunt the wind!

I wash in baking soda, store in large ziploc bags with HS earth scent wafers. You can find the bags at WALMART or TARGET . http://ziploc.com/products/bags?sid=SEM_G_218.cr145692

I wash all of mine in Pine Power. It's made from pine oil. Then I store them in a large tote with a pillow case full of cedar shavings.

Outer camo Before season- Only hand wash in water alone. Hang outside to dry. Spray with ddw scent eliminator, let dry. Place in the large ziplocks , then into totes ( only wear outside vehicles, homes, ext ). Spray again before every hunt Other layers- wash in scent free wash then keep in garbage bags

OD what if you are hunting in oaks ? I once had some bucks spook under me. I think they smelled the freshly sawed limbs I had to cot. They returned the way they came. Anything out of normal can spook them. Thats why I use earth scent. Theres dirt everywhere.

Anything out of normal can spook them. Thats why I use earth scent. Theres dirt everywhere. He's right. I use earth wafers too without going overboard on scent away sprays. Just a light spray of scent away or an earth cover scent with a wafer. I was hunting an oak tree dropping acorns and made the mistake of spraying too much HS white oak scent away . They did not like that I over did it with the white oak spray. Spooked them.

Wear relatively clean clothes, sit still, and play the wind. No face paint, tarsal gland/ used tampon around my neck, or rubbing droppings in my hair. I also wear very little camouflage for deer hunting. I mainly just try not to pressurize the deer or introduce anything dramatically different into their environment.
Call me crazy, but I grew up watching old men wearing red/black flannel, the same boots and hats they worked in all week, and chain smoking Winstons the whole hunt (and probably peeing Stroh's out of their stand), kill nice mature deer every year.

All the scent killer products help, but the best I've ever used is skunk scent.
