I'd mix some mud and "point it up" as my grandpa, a master brick mason would say. My first jobs (starting when I was about 12) were pulling wire for my electrician dad and mixing mud for my paw.

I'd spray expanding foam in it, Cut excess off and cover with gray caulk.

You gonna need some 1/2 inch corking for that. My daddy called chalking corking and architects archietexs. And left out the L on columns. Lol

Spray foam, then cut it off even with vertical plane of block. Apply a coating of sealant on top of spray foam to match block color if wanted.

I had the same problem where the people that installed my second unit was less than careful when they made the hole for the lines. I did exactly what Straycat suggested. That was 8 years ago and no problems yet.
