Yes! His hunting club is hosting it so he'll be the man to get directions from.

I looking forward to it myself. Been watching youtube and reading everything I can find. Got a F&T catalog ordered and have been visiting a local feed store that has trapping supplies. Got a standing invite to go with him to run his traps, just hasn't worked out yet.

If you haven't ordered any traps yet wait until after we have the workshop. I bought one of about every different trap model out there a couple years back to see which ones I liked the best and I plan on bringing them with me so y'all can actually put your hands on them and form your own opinion.

That was something that aggravated me when I started building my line up. There isn't anywhere in the South to really put our hands on this stuff before we buy it.

I was waiting till afterwards. He has mb 450s and 550's and some others. Pricing seemed good there also and is only about 15-20 minutes from the house.

I just ordered us 2 of the new KO k9 extreme traps to look at too. They look super nice and I talked to the designer/builder of them tonight and he seems like a top notch guy.

I believe so. They look identical to the KB 5.5 but don't have the spring arms underneath the trap.

Yup! Other than that they are really nice. Looks like Kendall has done away with that and kept everything else good. Dogless, nightlatched, coated traps ready to go in the ground with a 6" jawspread.

How doe these traps compare to the new Bridger No 2 dogless traps? Are they similar price wise?

They'll be right at the top of my list if they're as nice as they look Rusty.

I like a round jaw trap so I'm leaning more toward the Sleepy creek #3's but that's me and my quirks. I may get these in and love them.

I like the No 33 Coyote Cuffs. IF they had round jaws, i would like them much better. AND if they where not 35 dollars each, that would help too! grin
