Bill knows better, He knows general numbers mean nothing and that it is all about swing state which Trump is winning vs Hillary. She is beating everyone head to head in states that matter like Ohio, Florida, and North Carolina except Trump.

i wonder if this is really what the polls conclude or do they change the info for personal reasons. For instance, trump is a strong candidate, do the D's fear that and think they would stand a better chance against the other two who are more traditional candidates. I know since he started they said he would never beat hillery, but he seems to be very popular. Just a thought, but I'm always skeptical when it comes to politics and the media.

Trump is an enigma and I certainly wouldn't count him out in a general election but he is going to have to make some headway with minority voters to win the gen election or have a record number of white voters come out for him.

I don't know but I do know if you're going to put stock in polls then you can't cherry pick. Lots of guys here like to post the ones that are favorable to Trump but discount the ones that aren't. I believe The Real Clear Politics polls have been pretty accurate and that Trump is a lock to be the nominee. I don't know what will happen in the general election but the numbers don't look good for him at this point.

So we should all vote for Rubio b/c of that, if we are to obey the polls? Also, I noticed that Sanders beats all of the Republicans according to the same polling. I just gave you some information. I didn't tell you what to think about it.

No, I was just providing information. It is a little eye opening that trump polls so badly against Clinton. Trump is not the perfect candidate you know, he does have flaws and it won't be easy for him to beat Clinton. Y'all better be careful or your going to start sounding like cruzers.

i would think the D's would love trump once they get to hear him in action, I imagine he dont get a lot of postive air time on the liberal news. But that will change. I mean he's loud, vulgar, flamboyant, he gets in twitter fights, I mean he lives the life most of the rappers make video's about, gold toilets, limo's. There gonna love hum.

He would definitely be right at home on the set of Jerry Springer. I'd like to see him go full Bulworth. That would be entertaining.

At this point I reckon I'm going to abandon all sensibility whatsoever. Because as I saw it, based on actual answers to actual political matters, Trump has gotten thoroughly skull-drug in every debate, yet Americans are clamoring for him like schoolgirls at a Justin Bieber concert. I got no answer. It simply must be providential. My eschatology tells me that the world is getting worse...it'll have to get bad enough that "all peoples" will clamor after the Anti-Christ. So my guess is that since there's absolutely zero content to the enigma that is Trump, this has to be providential.
We all believe that if a Democrat wins the presidency again, it's over. Literally, America simply cannot stand under the weight of more non-constitutional government, and that is precisely what we'll get with Trump or a Democrat. The answer to leftist Marxism is NOT gross over-correction to the right (which is what Trump's language indicates).
Seriously, I'm not insulting any of you guys, but this is how I feel about American politics today....
We have a HUGE segment of the country that is Marxist (minorities, millenials, granola tree hugger social justice warriors). They will vote Democrat no matter.
We have a HUGE segment of the country that is Redneck (rural whites, low income laborers, Nascar fans, low IQs driven by emotion instead of information[they like when Trump says confrontational stuff, even if it's idiotic], Arminian religion adherents). They will vote for Trump no matter (like Bill said, maybe only Trump killing the puppymonkeybaby live on air would sway them).
Then there's a small minority who have zero effect on American politics today, but who are actually the only ones who are correct. They would vote Cruz/Rubio/even Rand Paul. Both Republicans and Democrats hate these people.

So which is it? Now trump is too far right. Yesterday he was just a democrat same as hillary. Rubio is great and a libertarian just no one can see it. Yesterday he was too establishment to vote for. We all know he is anti 2nd ammendment proven through his voting record. Only thing you guys agree on are your huge IQs and your insults for low information low IQ laborers and rednecks that want to see someone who is not a lifelong politician in office for once in the last 60 or more years. Bingo!!

Yep, makes sense. And for what it's worth I'm a blue collar worker myself.

They will vote for Trump no matter (like Bill said, maybe only Trump killing the puppymonkeybaby live on air would sway them). I think to put it simpler and much less offensive, a lot of folks who are voting Trump simply haven't done their research on the guy. They're listening to what he's saying now....to sell himself and get elected. They're not paying attention to what he's said in the past, when he had absolutely nothing to gain from it. He's stated in the past that he identifies more with the Democratic Party, but that doesn't matter. He's stated in the past that he's very por-choice, but that doesn't matter. He's stated in the past that Hillary is "terrific" and wished Obama had chosen Clinton as his running mate, but that doesn't matter. He used illegal aliens to build Trump Tower, but that doesn't matter. He's been the head of 4 different companies that have declared bankruptcy, but that doesn't matter. All that matters to some is what he's saying NOW. His actions in the past mean nothing to those people. I've said for a long time that I'd love to see someone who wasn't a career politician become president. Trump is that guy. But, I'd also like for that guy to have a conservative past. Trump is definitely NOT that guy. I'm not 100% opposed to Trump as president, but I can say without a doubt that he scares the hell out of me.

Politicians became power/money hungry when guys like trump paid them big bucks to do things for them just like trump has said before.
