After this enlightening thread, I went diggin to start a rock collection today and didn't find a one Tons of these though, any idea what they are? [img:center] [/img] looks like wild onion tops. I've never found any rocks in the craw, but every bird alive has them in the gizzard. That last bird I shot had 30-40 of those big brown beetles in his craw and he had to have ate them while on the roost. As much as he gobbled he didn't have time to eat them walking to me.
