Selling our house and got the inspection report with some minor repairs that have to be done by a licensed and insured somebody. Any referrals would be greatly appreciated, so I don't get taken to the cleaners. House is in the Athens area.
Would be nice to find one person that can do it all but any referrals will help.
Repairs are
-Change some outlets to GFCI
-Repair bathroom vent fan
-extend hot water heater relief vale from inside the craw space to the exterior
-repair/ replace the ceramic panel that is cracking in the firebox behind the gas logs. (It is an insert fireplace not masonry)
