A lady at work told me just this morning that she had heard that someone was pulled from the water this morning in that area....I bet this is the same ordeal. Wow! This is perdido, I think I heard something about the coast guard on the radio today from somewhere else, but might have been.

Happens more often than you think. We had a guy a few years ago trying to go under the Guntersville river bridge. He missed that mile long opening and put the boat in hwy 431. Marine police sent me the photo with suggested caption "water and alcohol don't mix." I've seen it happen on Warrenton Causeway too.

I believe that is the hull of the sail boat going out of the pass in the background, not a cooler. There's a greenish brown cooler on the rocks to the right of the hull
