Took the girls to Bessemer for the water park. Actually kinda nice soaking in the water. I'm all for it again next year, LOL.

I was out in this crap for 11 hours today working on the inside of my camper.I completely gutted it last week and decided seeing as I was off today that I would put up the walls .Bad idea !I am going to bed here in just a short little bit.I'm pooped and weigh 8 pounds less than I did when I woke up this morning.I did stop at lunch and eat two bananas though.

Spent the day building a fence. All but one post hole was already dug but just moving around and doing stuff was stifling.

Hey tfd1224 ... do firemen have any kind of physical standards to maintain? If so is it a city-by-city thing or state deal? If not, do guys work out on their own?

We're in Alabama. It's normal for it to be Africa hot in the summer...and the spring, the two months of winter and fall.

Always have had deep respect for firemen and what they do.
Some departments do and some don't. A lot of fire departments have a pt test every year. Mine doesn't but we fight a lot of fire so if you want to stay alive you better keep yourself fit and in good shape. We work out on shift every shift and we have a lot of guys that work out on their own everyday also. Thank you clem

Today at work was a 7 t-shirt day for me. Slide the city was a huge success, but dang it was hot.
