If it goes untreated it could lead to liver failure. My mother in law goes on the liver transplant list today for having untreated fatty liver.shes 72

i was diagnosed with it a couple of years ago as well. i read alot of stuff online and ordered some herbal supplement which contained milk thistle and it seemed to help mine alot. I think i ordered it from this website https://www.liverdoctor.com/ . My liver hasn't had the burning sensation much at all since i done a couple bottles of those supplements. What time it did burn since then i was taking the CoQ10 supplement because its suppose to be good for you.

PS: I don't think beer causes a fatty liver. It can. Extreme alcohol intake can lead to alcoholic hepatitis, which can be a cause of fatty liver.

All my blood work and hepatitis screens came back good. Only bad cholesterol slightly elevated. She didn't mention liver enzymes this time. I'm just hurting on the right side of my belly pretty good and feel bad. That MRI will figure out what's going on tomorrow I'm praying. Praying for you my friend...

How much exercise do you get JW? Have they ruled out appendicitis or gallbladder

How about an H&H? I have seen it happen before with someone with polycythemia (increased blood levels) a clot develop in the in an artery that bifurcates the liver and spleen, causing liver damage, hepatomegaly and splenomegaly that eventually lead to nonalcoholic hepatitis. I know this is definitely a stretch but maybe something else to inquire about if you blood work is off.
Only accurate rifles are interesting.
