You don't have to buy a hunting license after 65 years of age do you?

I am drinking from my saucer cause my cup has overflowed. Thank you Lord

There's lots of game to hunt besides deer and turkeys.

If he bought a license at age 64, the law requires the DCNR to issue him a "lifetime license". If he calls game check and it won't accept his "lifetime license" number, how can he be held responsible for any kind of public offense?

Not lately. I went to Rickwood Caverns a long time ago.

Can you back up what you say with facts? Maybe you haven't read the rule and are going on hearsay?

Eddie, we are not In a court of law and Hearsay is a legal term for an out of court statement used in court to prove the truth of the matter asserted.

Why don't you crawl, back under your rock and go back to bashing this site,on your Facebook page.

It's Earl, and I read the rule instead of going by what somebody told me it said.

You are assuming facts not in evidence. Where does it say he bought a license at 64?

His question was, do I have to buy a license at 65. You assume he bought one last year. Did you read that somewhere or are you making wild guesses to try to be a pain in the ass as always because it fits your agenda?

Why do you think others have not read the regulation?

Gezzer has a good question. I purchased a hunt license in 2013, and 2014 when I was 63 and 64 respectively but not one in 2015 when I turned 65. This year I was shopping at Gander an asked them what the rules were for me on hunting license and was told I didn't need one just be sure I had my drivers license while hunting...???? Didn't make sense to me, so I read the regulations and still somewhat confused, so I guess I will be calling to talk to someone at the Department to get the straight scoop on the law. The Department could with a little effort make their reg's a bit clearer IMHO.

Sure Hope you can get a clear answer, or better yet someone on the phone. I made 5 calls and left several msgs back in July when I had questions regarding Alligator Tags. Finally just said screw it.....
