Anyone got one of these they'd be willing to part with? Looking to use it on an SUV I'm hunting out of this year.

I have one I had a welder build, it is very heavy, but I also had a hitch put on it and have pulled a bassboat on mine. It
cost me over $100,but worth every cent and over 15 yrs old.

You can get an idea from this pic.

Cool setup Perch. That's roughly what I'm looking for. From the sound of it, those who buy these things don't part with them!

Less than a hundred bucks most anywhere, aluminum or steel, both with 500# capacity. Mostly around $79.99, and if I was going to part with one, I'd want nearly that much for it, anyway.

I looked for a while. All the ones I saw the stores sell were cheap and not as sturdy as I wanted. I had someone build me one and I love it.

I have one that's welded, one that's bolted together, both rated for 500#...can't tell a difference in them, you'll run out of deck space before you run out of weight capacity.

So where do you start looking if you don't know a welder personally, but want to find someone to build you one?

At least 4 at the top of this page for under $100, in 4 different configurations, including a fold-up.
