I can comment on the Spartan Go Cam as I have a couple of them. I like them extremely well. I have the ones that run on Verizon but they have them for AT&T. You can have them set up on your current phone plan. It will just use the data it needs from your existing plan. It uses very little data, about 40Kb per picture. I use less than 100 Mb per month but this will be a function of your delay between pictures. Mine are on feeders with an 8 minute delay. It sends the pictures via e-mail or text whichever you like. It sends them usually within 1 minute of being taken. I just mute my phone when I go to bed. Usually have 25 to 30 pictures each morning. It costs $30 for initial hook up and then $5 per month. Can agree, my buddy who hunts across the blacktop from me just set his up and has it where it sends to me also. The Spartan also has really good range which is hard to find in a game camera nowadays. $450 he spent on the Spartan but you don't have to check memory cards anymore so your scent stays away.

I have the Moultrie Mobile MV-1. It is a remote unit that mounts above your camera and is compatible with most Moultrie cameras made 2015 and beyond. The MV1 cost me $200.00 I bought a M888I camera and paired the two. In all, I spent $320.00 and I have a few other cameras that are compatible. I spend $14 per month for the service for the medium plan (65 MB roughly 1200 images)but could go down a plan and spend $10 (38MB roughly 750 images). I am really happy with the quality of the setup. I put it in a spot that has iffy cellular signal but it has not missed a beat. I will be buying two more as soon as I can work them into the budget.
Edit: There is a downside. It doesn't actually text you pictures. You have to log into an app to view pics. That is the only think I don't like about it.

I am looking at the Moultrie Mobile + M888 pkg pretty hard. Been watching YouTube reviews and it seems pretty hard hard to beat. Only bad thing I've heard is having to have wifi. I don't have wifi close to anywhere I normally hunt.
Would walk over a naked woman to get to a gobblin turkey!

Moultrie Mobile works on the Verizon cell network. You do not have to have wifi available.
ETA: After re-reading, not sure if you are referring to wifi like you would have at a business or at home versus cellular network coverage.

But wouldn't you need cell service available at the site regardless of brand? Yes, but that's not wifi. Wifi is only present in a 50' circle around the router.

The guy who told me he had the multrie mobile said his had to have wifi maybe he was mistaken. Only problem I have had from my covert is AT&T. Buy the Verizon for the extra money it's worth it.

He was mistaken or misused the term wifi. I can definitely say that it works on the Verizon cellular network. Jeremy

I have a Bushnell aggressor wireless. It seems to work pretty good. Ordered it from Trailcamerapro I think. Uses 12 lithium batteries, 1st month is free then it cost $9 per month for 1500 pictures I think. That's the cheapest plan.Works on AT&T. Must have 3 bars of service. I believe it to, because if you don't, you won't get any pictures until it gets 3 bars. Overall, I'm happy with it. It can be set to text or email the photos. It has a neat GPS feature that shows you the camera location on a map on the app. This is good in case somebody jacks it, you know where it is. It was close to $400 if I remember. But, I put it out right after Christmas and haven't been back. Still getting pictures.
