Can someone give me some pointers , not real sure about bait and lure , getting my traps this week gonna go with the Minnesota MB550 closed jaw 4 coil! Any help will

Set on good sign and bed your traps really well.

I'm not sure about the mb550 but the Bridger 4 coils I had were tough to open I removed 2 springs until the other two start to get weak . They were to hard to open by hand . Bed bed bed your trap solid don't skimp on time and energy here , this is the part that makes it hard work. Look for scat and tracks , intersections of old logging roads , or any intersection of trails, powerline any easy travel route . Yotes use these a lot they travel fast at night

Ok thanks everyone , I'm thinking about trying next weekend to set a few ! In yalls opinion what bait & lure would y'all start out with ? Or does either one just as good as the other ?

I bought the Caven's Minnesota Brand Pedator Plus Bait to use in my hole sets! I also bought and been using one or the other of red fox urine, coyote urine, coyote gland and red fox gland on some sets! I have caught five coyotes and a bobcat in two weeks using the predator plus bait. I was also told the Hiawatha bait is good around here as well but have not tried it!
