62 acres. Decent amount of turkeys. Tracks everywhere during hunting season and could hear them fighting/ roosting almost every other hunt. Not gonna be turkey hunting up there this year bc of work. 40 acres of planted pines with 75year old plus hardwood bottom dead center of property. And the pines are getting burned this Monday or Tuesday. So that's a plus Asking 400$

If it's in limestone county I'll take it.

I'll give you $100 for the 62 acres if in Evergreen, AL.

I'll give you $100 for the 62 acres if in Evergreen, AL. Good price right there. $400 is almost $7 an acre, turkey leases should only be around $1-$2 per acre.

It's his lease, he can ask what he wants.... doesn't mean he will get it, but he can ask for it.

The day a turkey lease brings $7 per acre I'll give up all private and hunt public. I tell yawl what, I have 341 acres leased on the Bibb/Chilton county line. I have the sole turkey rights and probably want even hunt the place. I'll let it go for the price of $7 acre if someone wants it that bad. It's his lease and by god he can ask what he wants for it but gosh dang he probably pays that for the entire place! I will say some of these prices that people post on here are freaking stupid! I'll join the stupid/ridiculous crowd with my offer above. Oh and I only paid $300 for the 341 acres and have sole turkey rights. There are people out there that still has some common sense and know what a fare price is for turkey rights. I will say they are becoming few and far between!

To bring you up to speed - most of the negativity here will be because of the guy posting. Did you miss "free range in the big pen" thread? How about 400 yard running shot on the deer he couldn't remember if it was a buck or doe? And someone found a domestic abuse rap sheet.
That's why Atoler posted what he did. He's a strange cat.

I'm tempted, does that Bibb county lease come with a squeaky guided hunt thrown in?

Austin if our schedules would/could align I'd be glad to take you on that property free of charge. My time to hunt Bama will be very limited due some out of state plans and work schedule.

I might could double your money if you decide you can't make it up to it this year. I might could do just a little bit better than that I don't have a place to go for the 3rd year in a row.
