I bought this Camper from the original owner last year. I knew going into the purchase that it had a few leaks. I only bought it for a project/restore. I just don't have the time to work on it anymore.

It is a 2006 Fleetwood Pioneer, 27ft with a slide out, brakes on one of the two axels. The leaks are in the slide out causing the floor to rot. There is also a leak in front of the Camper for the main bedroom.

I have gutted some of it. I have removed most everything in the slide except the walls and ceiling panels. Also removed all the cabinets and bed stuff in the main bedroom. I still have what was removed.

The original owner bought it new and lived in it 3 days a week for two years ( another railroader). He honestly didn't know how to take care of it.

Everything still works on the Camper. The slide out works but will need a new floor and the roof leak sealed. The a/c works just fine along with the heat. The stove was never used ever. The awning was never used and dry rotted in place.

I have all the original paperwork as well as the title and bill of sale.
I bought it for $1500 for a fun project but don't have the time to work on it anymore.
I would like to get $1000 OBO.

Put down some linoleum and throw a tarp over it.

I would but I just don't have time anymore. We may even be moving again in the future, but who knows.

I spend what little free time I have with the family and not on my projects. I have very little free time anymore so I make the best of what time I have for the family

Thing is damn near new being only 11 yrs old. I bought a 2000 model for $2k a few yrs back with no title or I would be all over this. Constant leaks on mine too. They don't make stuff like they used to.

They sure don't. I was lucky to buy this from the original owner and I have all the original paperwork too. After he was transferred to another place he brought the Camper back and parked it. That's where it set till I bought it.

If I had something to pull this with, it would be sold.
