Any property being accessed across besides your piece? how wide is it? plan on taking anything back there other than 4 wheeler like a tractor to plant with anytime soon?
Easements are one of them things that everyone wants to use but no one wants to upkeep.

If it was me id probably reach out to the other 2 land owners who use the road and just see if they will help. It wont hurt to ask.
If it washed the pipe out its probably not big enough to carry the amount of water coming thru there and there was probably no rip rap around its entry.

If it's the only access for the other two owners, I would try to turn fixing it right for them in to hunting rights

See if you can find some old sidewalk concrete pieces or other rock and make a hard crossing. You might have to add some rock occasionally after a big rain, but it beats replacing a dang culvert pipe. A backhoe would be a LOT of help. that's probably going to be the only solution that will last, it's called a texas bridge. We have some on one of our leases. They cut the grade down with a dozer then line it with riprap. Only problem we've had is that when there is heavy flow, on sandy land, it silts up and we have to clean it out with a box blade or front end loader

Only thing that will stand the test of time, other than a properly constructed bridge that will be big $$$$, will be to line the crossings with, concrete or rip rap big enough to not wash out. If it's just bare earth, it will wash out or be an unholy mudhole. Been there, done that. Fortunately for us, the landowner put the property on the wetland reserve program, WRP, and the government paid for 5 crossings, Texas bridges, with your tax dollars
