Sounds like it ain't "lined up" to me.
My opinions and comments are my own. They do not reflect the position or political opinions of Aldeer or any of the Aldeer administration.

If the wear pattern started before parts and alignment then there's not much you can do. Once a wear pattern is established its vertically impossible to stop short of buffing or trueing. Most tire stores now days have no idea what a trueing machine is anymore. Keep rotating them

Sounds like it ain't "lined up" to me. Yep. Rotate more often than otherwise until/unless you find the issue.

Keep rotating them This^^ If you had repair work done and alignment etc, but didn't replace the tires then it will appear to still have a problem. Once a wear pattern starts it will continue to wear the same even if it started early on.

I have had some quality front end work done at Grover & sons over the years although I haven't used them in a long time. It's hard to believe they can't figure out your problem.
