Good Morning Gentlemen!
I hope all of you are doing well. I must confess, I was not going to post anything this morning, as I am running behind, and really have not been thinking or studying what I might write this morning.
However in reading one of my devotionals from Bob Barnes "Minute Meditations for Men" I felt the Lord spoke to me on my selfishness, and lack of desire to share His great name, and His great message. The the devotional was directed at writing, me not doing so, and the audience of men/women on this site who are willing to listen, if a voice, or word is spoken.
Please forgive me, and let the Word spoken to me, be a Word to you as well, as I immediately had the title during prayer, "God Still Speaks, But Do We?"
Here is the devotional I read:
 Father God,
Forgive us when "We are too busy" "Too tired" or "Too involved with other things" and we do not put You first. Forgive us when our walk does not match our Christian talk, or our talk is none at all.
Help us to boldly speak Your great name in ALL we do, and not at times of desperation, need, or want. Let us humble ourselves to seek Your mighty face, Spirit, and Word in each and everything we do.
Thank You for this group of men and women on this site, each being in different stages of following Your voice. For those who are just now hearing Your voice and Your salvation, may they choose to have your peace and let them speak of it. For those who have stopped hearing Your voice, may they repent, and speak even bolder of Your faithful forgiveness. For those who are still hearing Your voice, let them speak even louder of You and Your Salvation.
Let us be men and women who are not ashamed, but pleasing in Your sight. Let us speak and exemplify Jesus Christ.
For it is in His name, we ask, claim, and speak these things, Amen!
