So if I'm peeing off my back porch and a neighbor walks around and sees me, I "could" be charged with public lewdness even though that person came on my property?

I dropped out of a great hunting club last year because of drinking. I�m not just talking about drinking at the clubhouse. Ive went to a shooting house and there were 18 fresh beer cans laying outside and the carton was laying inside. They regularly drank while hunting. I had a member offer me homemade one day when I got to sign in. I asked the president about drinking while actively hunting, His response was: �Ive been in the club 30 years and we�ve never had a drinking incident�. I dont begrudge anybody drinking; however, drinking while hunting and high power rifles dont mix. Over the 3 years I was there, it got steadily worse. The club was large (about 30 active members) of these 30, 15 were very heavy drinkers that hunted a lot. To the point of loading beer in backpacks at 5am at the sign in board. I cant help but believe there will be some type of incident one day, drinking member falling out of tree, accidental shooting, fights, ex. Just too much for me and my boys.

They got a good look at me. I had been out on a 4 wheeler checking bollweevil traps and was covered in mud. I wasn't going in my house like that. No one lived near me. I pulled the 4 wheeler in my backyard, stripped down, and threw the cloths over the 4 wheeler. I was standing there buck naked with one hand on my hip and water hose in the other rinsing out the clothes. With the water running I never heard them coming. Something caught my attention and I looked over my should and there were 3 women sitting in a mini van right behind me with a blank expression on their face. They never smiled, laughed, nothing, just a blank stare for what seemed like 5 minutes. Then the driver just put it in reverse without ever looking back and backed out. Little while my mother calls to not go to the door because the Jehavos Witness's were coming around.
