He firmly but politely told me it wasn't available, even though they hadn't leased it. As soon as I s through the gate he locked it up. And watched me leave. Guessing they won't make it easy on anyone wanting that space.

I think I would talk to the guy at premier about it Super Predator

There was a tract of land next to my property that was hunted, had green fields and shoot houses on it, talked to the guys hunting it a few times and assumed they had a lease on it. I found out this year that they just took over the land and told everyone they had a lease. Contacted the people that owned it and they said that there was no lease on the land and wasn't interested in leasing it to anyone.
