That boat ramp used to be a good place to get your truck robbed while you were fishing. Haven't been there in years though.

That boat ramp used to be a good place to get your truck robbed while you were fishing. Haven't been there in years though. Listen to this man One day, years ago, I had loaded my boat on the trailer and was about to leave when a Morgan County Deputy drove up. We struck up a conversation about all the shattered vehicle glass on the pavement. He said he caught a big black man leaning over into a vehicle, from the waist up while removing the radio. Shattered window glass all around his feet. Cuffed him and began questioning him. Perp said he was a preacher at a black church. That was the last time I put my boat in at that ramp. I believe it may have been the first time too.

Have used triana and cotaco ramps a bunch thru the years. Havent had a prob at either one...but it was always during the day. I measured the path on google earth but may have misread. I have run from triana to east of ditto and those bends take forever to run thru.
The harder I practice, the luckier I get.

I been wantin to run from ditto to triana but i usually decide to stop early. I hate drivin down stream. Im always afraid my engine will break and strand me. If i breakdown up stream i can atleast float back to ditto. Its much prettier west of ditto to me. And i think there is much less pressure that direction too.
