If interested we will have 1-2 spots available in Southern Marengo County 1187 Acres Total - all one section- Highway 43 borders our west property line and Clay Hill road borders our east property line. Dove Feilds and Powerline are currently planted in beans - sunflowers and millet. Tons of hardwood wood creek bottoms - thick young pines along the creeks and lots of older aged pines on the north and south end of the lease. Easy access to all 30 acres of planted plots - houses and ladders on most green patches. 10 Members Total - 2500 Dues covers rent - lease - power - water - insurance- Plantings - Mineral Sites - Protein Feeders. Dove Hunts on our 8 acres of powerline plots weekly on Saturday and Sunday afternoons. Looking for 1-2 Members to take over handling of the food plot planning and planting on our lease. We have around 30 acres of plot areas established currently. In Summer and Fall rotations. Trying to find a few guys who enjoy the Food Plot strategy and planting aspect of Deer Hunting. We have a 4000 budget carved out yearly for the planting side and plenty of labor to help on planting days.

Someone could have a ball working on the food plots you guys have on your property. With the budget you have, there are very few limitations even with 30 acres of plots.

No Kidding ! We have done our best to keep things growing year round. But I know there are guys out there that enjoy the planting / farming side of the equation just as much as the Harvest. No egos here , just trying to find a few guys to help manage the lease as if it were there land.
