There is a disgustingly nice Model 70 in .22-250 on GB with custom wood and a Vari-X III 6.5-20 mounted on it. I've been eyeing it but the fun stash is depleted at the moment. I'd be interested to know who built it but the seller wasn't sure. https://www.gunbroker.com/item/784407226

I've got a like new blued TC Venture I'd lay on you that shoots ragged holes for cheap but it ain't junk. That might not be as high of a grade gun as you are wanting though. Great coyote rifle though.
No government employees were harmed in the making of this mess.
