Looking for a 308 for the grandaughters. Not enough recoil difference to look at a 243. Thanks

I saw a 7-08 handirifle with a scope for $200 on another site...seemed like a decent deal and every HandiRifle I've ever shot was a good shooting rifle. Think it was in Clanton. PM me if you want me to get you some info.

10-4 I appreciate it. Really want to go with .308 just because of the ammo I have already.

Look for the savage deal at Walmart near you they’ve been closing out for less the 250

I have a Ruger m77 compact in .308 . Stainless with green laminate stock, threaded with muzzle brake, leupold vx-6 30mm tube 2-12x42 I think. Put together for my daughter but she chose the xbolt instead. Pm me if that’s something like you’re looking for.

I have a Savage Axis 308 with camo stock. If you are interested, PM me with your phone number and I can send photos. It would come with scope bases, but no scope or rings. It is a very accurate rifle.

i also have a .308 Steyr tactical heavy barrel if you’re interested. It’s a tack driver, and recoil is very light due to weight.
