We were able to feed 8000 people in New Bern, NC a couple of weeks ago. Now we are headed to Donalsonville, GA tomorrow at 1 p.m. The city's power grid was demolished and a lot of them are on well water so there isn't a lot of water access. All of the press seems to want to talk about the beaches and not the "communities" that got wiped out in other areas. Please keep us in your prayers and if you feel led, any donation you can give would be appreciated. We will be sleeping in a building or our cargo trailer using generators while there. They told me that no one is there (including Red Cross) so they are desperate at this point for food. No stores are open in the area. We still haven't broken even on our trip to N.C. so no donation amount is too small. I can assure you 100% of the money you give goes to helping people. Also, make sure you go to our Facebook page Refuel Ministries and like it. I'll post there so people can see what we are doing and how their money is being used. I'm hoping this is the last storm of the year because my vacation time is running out fast! Looks like there will be less days in the woods but we do what we have to do. Also, Fox 6 did a couple of interviews on my N.C. trip while I was there so hopefully they will do that again so look for me there. Thanks everyone. My mailing address is: Darrin Jarvis, 1815 Russet Hill Circle, Hoover, AL 35244 and we have paypal for Refuel Ministries. Our e-mail is refuel@bellsouth.net I'll send end of year statements showing your donations for your tax credit. You can find a link to our paypal on our website which is refuelministries.net as well.

Salt of the earth. Be safe Darrin. Sent

Tell them to come over for some good food. I'll probably cook jambalaya Sunday

Guys I’m sorry I haven’t posted earlier. We got here late Friday night without any trouble. We are set up on hey 91 at Donalsonville Church of God. We are cooking lunch for this area and for the military. We will then begin cooking dinner for all military, EMA, and any power company employees that come through the main Command Center set up at the AG building. Once we clean up we are heading home. Some people are getting power restored and the military will have a mobile kitchen set up tomorrow so they don’t need us cooking anymore. I haven’t counted up the totals yet but I’m thinking we served at least 6000 meals this week. I wait until we have finished before adding it up to get a “true” number that’s not rounded off to look good. 80% of the money donated for this trip came from you guys and that means a lot to me. I have bragged about y’all to everyone I’ve been able to. You’re a class act group that I’m proud to be a part of. You can go to Refuel Ministries Facebook page to see pics I’ve taken here. You can also see the segment John Huddleston from Fox 6 did on me here. A local guy told me he heard the segment on national radio too. I’ll post more Monday when I get back to my computer at work. Thanks again everyone. You’ve blessed me and many people here in South Ga, SE Al and NW FL. Keep us in your prayers for safe travels home. They ordered 40 more MP’s 15 miles from here yesterday so there are obviously issues in the area. They aren’t directing traffic.

Beer Belly, I can use them. I have really sharp knives and we had a pretty bad cut on one of the team on blood thinners. I can also give them out to others doing work that might get them cut as well. I’m affiliated with several really large organizations that come out on storms too. My address is: Darrin Jarvis 1815 Russet Hill Circle Hoover AL 35244
