Got a 50mm scope is there a small rangefinder to mount on scope accurate out to 300 yards?

A Ranger finder could be handy, especially when hunting in the national parks.

There's no way to know that a range finder mounted to a scope is ranging the target you are viewing through the scope, not really sure what you are asking for?

Rangefinder that I could attach to gun or that you can see while looking through scope that does not project a beam forward while shooting. Legal for deer daylight only.

The only thing that would work in one unit like what you are talking about is a Swarovski dS, which you'd have to have imported, and would be about 3,900 euros or about $4400 USD. Even then, you'd have to be able to hold the cross hair perfectly on the target while ranging. Oh and it weighs 2.5 lbs.

Another option is the Sig Sauer BDX system, where the scope is bluetoothed to a handheld rangefinder and the scope takes the rangefinder data to light a dot on the scope reticle crosshair for your aiming point. You can get into this system for $700 and up. Hasn't been around long enough to really say if it works as intended though.

I'm not sure that what you are asking for is something that would ever work in practicality. Again, anything mounted to your scope or rifle that is showing a range can never be guaranteed to be ranging your target.

Maybe something like this does work? I just would never trust that, not being able to see what its actually aimed at.

You need to research “point blank range”. Most “deer cartridges “ can be sighted in a little high at 100 and be + or - 3” out to close to 300 yards. There is no need for a range finder inside of 300.

This. Drop of a 168 gr 308 zeroed at 200 yards is about 8-9 inches. You can hold on top of the back and still hit the vitals. Many cartridges will shoot flatter.

just sight it an inch and a half high at 100 you won't need a rangefinder it'll be close to dead on at 200 and a few inches low at 300

Why not a handheld?

Keep your booger hooker off the bang switch.

If you had a 6.5Creedless, you can hold dead on out to approximately 1327yds. popcorn

Silencerco Radius would work, they’re discontinued but still readily available.

I think Nikon made a scope with a built in range finder and. When you get in the stand take your rangefinder and note certain landmarks as x-yards. So you will already know within 25-50 yards if you have over 250-300 yard shots. If you don't have a range finder just use a free app like huntstand and you can measure distances before you even go hunting

I bought the sig BDX scope that’s paired with range finder. Was a little hesitant to buy it but sighted it in at 100 yards. It was super easy and u just put ur ballistic profile in the app to start and out to 500 yrds u just range it and it puts the dot where u shoot. Was hitting metal targets at 500 the size of a paper plate. It’s the real deal and am pleased. The only thing I’ve found that limits u is fog which the range finder will not work. Works fine in rain and normal conditions. Fog is not ur friend which doesn’t happen much. If it is foggy ur still good just using regular crosshairs inside 300.

Burris made one ,I think. I don't think the tec is up to where anyone serious about long range shooting would use one. I don't do much long range but I'm sure I would prefer a separate unit.

My 7mag's zeroed at 200. Deer I killed this year was 310. Missed and figured I better range lol

Like the Nikon version, but they stop making it. I have a good scope and separate Nikon rangefinder just wanted to add a rangefinder to view through existing scope to save a few $, but could go this route.

I can save you a bunch of money. Go back and read my first post in this thread. What cartridge are you shooting?
