I have a bad back and even worse case of noassatall. Wondering what others with my problems are using in ladder stands as a cushion for support...........

I wear a turkey vest with a drop down seat pad, and I stuff an extra layer of the blue, high density camping pad in there for extra cushion. Roll up an extra sweater or rain jacket in the bird pouch for back support against the tree. Lots of pockets to hold huntin stuff.

Buy a better ladder stand. I have the same issues and cushions don't help. Use stands with the mesh type seat like those made by Muddy, Hawk, Millineum and others. Makes all the difference in the world.

I bought a Big Game seat from TFD1224 that is awesome. I use it on my kayak too.

high density foam cushions are $4 at Walmart I keep 2 in my pack all the time one to sit on and one to wrap the tree for my back.

I use a camouflage boat cushion I bought years ago. Very comfy.

I use my fatboy in the stand...awesome

The more expensive fat boy cushion (with the gel and memory foam) it’s kept me hunting for hours

Hawk Denali ladderstand. Youll be asleep so you wont see anything but your back wont hurt I promise you that.

I bought foam from walmart and made my own. Threw the foam in a pillow case and good to go.

^^^ this. I was given one as a present, unbelievable For comfort. Hang it from the straps on my pack and I'm always ready to sit.
