Consequently, under the final rule, current possessors of these devices will be required to destroy the devices or abandon them at an ATF office prior to the effective date of the rule.”
According to the National Federal Register, the ban on bump fire stocks will be put into effect on March 26, 2019, classifying the bump stock devices as “machineguns” I'm sure hes selling it to someone that has enough respect for the law to properly destroy the item after a cash FTF sale to keep these dangerous items off the street.

i hear the unlawfull rule is being challenged. I may or may not know someone locally that has SBS and i think an MOD model( both still in package). They may or may not be willing to part with.
