I wonder how much that bill is going to be. Downtime for a cell tower has to be expensive.

Back in the 80's some guys tried to get a spool of copper cable off a flatbed trailer. One of the big spools. They backed up to it and rolled the spool onto the back of the pick up.

I don’t know what part is the dumbest. That they cut down a cell tower or came back a couple of days later to cut it up.
