I started trying to lose weight about five months ago at 260 lbs. I weighed 218 lbs this morning and people are telling me to stop because I'm skinny. I'm 5' 11" and my goal is 210 lbs so I'm not going to stop untill I reach my goal. I'm digging out some nice hunting clothes that I can wear now.

Congrats on reaching your goal. A couple years ago o broke my leg and was up to 245. My goal then was to get back down to 200, I have now reached 185 and would like to lose another 5 to 10. The more weight I lost the better I felt.

My story is much like yours. I'm 5', 11" also and I started at 233 lbs. I'm now 183, and I tell people I have only 30 more pounds to lose to reach my goal. Unlike YEKRUT, I'm still waiting on the sex to come back.

Congrats & keep at it. Then make it a lifestyle change (sensible diet plus exercise everyday) and stay at your target weight. Far too many of us hit it and quit it; goal... that is.
The left lane is for the the purpose of moving the flow of traffic forward regardless of the speed limit. If your impeding the flow of traffic get your ass in the right lane. It's really that simple...
