I actually leased this property a couple of years ago. Jay and Randall are both stand up guys in my opinion. There will be a few birds on this property and it really depends on how you hunt and how much effort you put out if you will kill them or not. I did kill one and should have killed another. Westervelt burned their property right before season came in and I honestly think it came down to them just having the more attractive habitat (heard birds there daily). That being said I was treated very well by jay and Randall and would not hesitate to vouch for either of them. They made it mine during turkey season and were both very respectful and courteous. If you’re looking for a good place to get away and relax then you won’t be disappointed. I’d be more than willing to give anyone that leases any help I can if needed.
