For the the money, you can't beat the Center point sniper 370. $200 Go to Crossbow Nation and look at the threads on it, it'll have all you need to know it there.

I third Halfrack.... I did a cpl simple upgrades and have as good shooting bow as a $1000 one. Two does and a raccoons will agree from early season 😁 There's a guy on there that offers a trigger upgrade for $ 80, bought one last year for my gf and am very pleased with it. It killed an 11 point scoring 148 5\8, the bolts that come with it are pretty much junk as well as the scope but you can upgrade everything easily and have a great show for far less than a Raven.

I got one also! It's about 3.5lb now and very short LOP. Really like it. I found a steal on a Ravin R25 scope which has great glass and illuminated reticle. Also upgraded arrows. I got the bow for "free" with gift cards I had been saving so only money I spent was on the upgrades. I'm gonna shoot this one until it falls apart. BTW, OP.... I'm sorry to hijack your post with my review!

I'm sure the centerpoint is a fine crossbow, but to say with a few upgrades its just as good as a Ravin, well I find that hard to believe. Who said it was just as good as a Raven? I must've missed that part.

I hava a Ravin R9 and it's a tack driver. Nice feature is the ability to de-cock it silently. It comes with a top of the line illuminated scope. Once zeroed at 20 yards, it's got stadia lines all the way out to 100 yards.
