I have the HD8 2016. Four years and no problems.
That's what I need to hear. Thanks

Come take a real word test drive if you are close by. Helena. Thanks NoHuntin, I appreciate the gesture. I drive one at the Dealership, but now everyone's about out. Waiting on the 21 Models to come out.

I think Outback was talking about one the other day. No I was mistaken. I actually pictured that assbackwards, silly tricycle looking contraption. I think the defender is an ATV.
My opinions and comments are my own. They do not reflect the position or political opinions of Aldeer or any of the Aldeer administration.

I bought an HD8 EPS a few weeks ago and I couldn't be happier. I didn't like the Polaris, tried hard to like the Honda (didn't fit me well) but loved the Can Am. I haven't had it long enough to know how it will hold up, but I don't plan to be hard on it anyway. I just put around and will hunt off of it.
I don't know who has the best deals around. I do know the place I bought it in Al was 2-3k cheaper than the Central Fl dealerships I priced them at.
May the sound of hounds never die!

Thanks for the info Fldighunter, I've driven every brand out there and the defender is what I like the best....love that dynamic power steering. Everybody says Tennessee has the best deals but not sure about that.

Went to look at the 700, as it was closer to what I wanted to spend. I'm a big boy, and my knees were touching the dash. I sat in the 1000, and it was better, but still a little tight. I also didn't like the angle the seats set at. I'm sure, being a Honda, It's a great machine, but I just didn't like the way it fit me. The Defender has ample room everywhere.
May the sound of hounds never die!

My in-law just bought 2 an they seem well built. Sisters-in-law has bought a Polaris and took it back after a week. They searched around for prices and said the dealer in Jasper Tn had best price and didn’t have to pay taxes however that works. Battle Creek PowerSports.

our camp landowner is looking to trade in his hd10 for a pioneer 1k. he's a bit odd, though, so his whole issue could be surrounding the little "lawn mower" battery and the fact that it bothers him so badly that they put a mini-battery in a large machine like that.
experience is a freakin' awesome teacher....

That's funny. And I thought my OCD was bad. 🤔
