Every time they test ten people, one person has it. Its 10% give or take a percent. The death rate is just about gone. They dont talk about that. They test 150000 people and call it a spike when the same 10% has it. Even those numbers are inflated with false positives and retest positives. This thing is not hard to figure out with just a little research. Yes I know people are dying and more will die no matter what we do. But 2 to 4 out of a thousand is pretty good odds. Who would ever bet on anything with 4/1000 odds.

If the .04% chance of dying dont scare somebody, do you really think a 1in a thousand chance of getting a $500 fine will sway a mans principles?
