I think you are only looking at the toxicology report and completely ignoring the fact that the cop choked him until he was dead.

The autopsy preformed by the state showed asphyxiation was not the cause of death. I dont think someone can choke and talk or breath at the same time

Surely no one thinks he was choked to death seriously. I can see with enough pressure to thebside of the neck you can make someone pass out but can do it in a few seconds not minutes but in no way are you choking aomeone.

Basic life support will tell you if someone appears to be choking you ask them if they are choking. If they can reply then their airway is secure enough to not need life saving intervention.

Not one single person has said that. Could have been a white guy and most would still feel the same b/c he broke the law, resisted police and had recently poured drugs into his body. Only difference is if it were a white guy, we would have never heard about it.

I dont give a crap if he is white, black, half and half, chinese, north korean, south african, austrailian, or a freaking green martian from the planet Zolar. Had he not broken the law, the cops would not have been there and he would be alive (actually he probably would still be dead due to dying from the OD). I have not seen where anyone justified anything. What is it you are trying to tell people? My mind has not been made up on anything from day 1 on this deal, mainly because we didnt have enough information to make up our minds. Lots on here called the police man a murderer on day 1. Most everyone feels that GF acted inappropriately as did the officer when he knelt on his neck or head. So both acted innapropriately but there is no evidence in anything we have seen that suggests what you have stated which is that the officer choked GF to death.
