If I use the locktight, how do I get it off if I decide to take it off this rifle? Use the blue. It will cause no issues whatsoever.......

Purple lock tight is intended for small diameter screws where thereās a need to remove them. Itās what I use on my scope projects and so far so good. I also use one of those Wheeler scope torque wrenches. I will say the specified amount of torque never āfeelsā tight enough to me, so I tend to over do it a little. I have not stripped anything in aluminum yet but I sort of worry about that when going over the specified torque. At least the torque wrench gives me information to go by.

1-NEVER use red loctite on optic screws.
2-Never trust a sightmark optic

Blue loctite and torque to the correct specs.
