My dad tested positive for COVID last Tuesday. My mom is a nurse and tried to get him to go to the ER over the weekend. She made him go today because his breathing got so bad. He actually stopped breathing on the way and she got him going again on the way to the hospital. They are putting him on a respirator. Probably against his wishes. Because he told me when I was a kid that if he got where he couldn’t take care of his self to roll him in a ditch. He’s tough. When I was a kid he had a tree fall on his foot and split his big toe open. He sewed it up with a needle and thread.
