Killed a buck dec 20 that was still fully in velvet. Was wondering if they still shed every year. Never read or heard anyone talk about it. It was a he, just had really small marbles.

Grow more. Good friend killed a monster mule deer in Colorado that had 9 on one side and 3 on other with a drop that looked like a club. Big deer with raisins for cods. Guide said they will continue to grow until they die.
