These are some pics from our RR corn...

We've seen this half-rack buck 3 times in the last week or so. I believe he's only 2.5 and will be a nice one next year. It's hard to tell if he broke off his right antler or what. When I saw him, he was 300 yds. from me and I assumed he'd broken it off. The picture makes it look like a small (2" or so) spike, but it looks like he splintered the antler when he broke it??? He appeared to have a slight limp as well, so he might've had an injury? He might have a "freaky" rack next year...

This 6 pt. hadn't shown himself until here lately, but he's been pretty photogenic as of late...he'll be a pretty nice one next year (he's the same 6 pt. pictured in my "More Scrape Pics" topic)

This guy is "new" to me. I haven't ever gotten him on camera or put my eyes on him. He wouldn't be as lucky as the other 2 if I saw him!

Nice pics. Now when each ear of corn falls off of the stalk, do you go and pic it up? Just curious....

Why would he do that?

Good pics.

Do you want to hear him gobble, or do you want to kill him.

Silly me....I still can't grasp the logic in being able to grow a corn field with the sole purpose of harvesting deer on it versus throwing a bunch of ear corn on the ground and hunting over it. Grow it or throw it...its all the same to me. Both should be legal....

Tru dat.
