So I swung by the dealership to pick up some sales brochures laugh
What I would give to be able to option one of these trucks and have it built. Picked these up from the eBay to go along with my 77. The original owner paid $5200 for it brand new in July of 1977. Comes out to about $23,100 today. Pretty amazing.
If you want to thumb through them, you can do so here. http://www.fordification.com/library/

I got my first vehicle in 1977. It was a 77 Ford F250 four-wheel drive that was our farm truck. I would give almost anything to have it back. That truck made alot of memories. 12 miles per gallon was tough on a young man, especially when gasoline hit the dollar-a-gallon mark for the first time.

My first truck was a 77 ford. How I wish I could find that truck and buy it back.

I have a friend who found the "77" his Dad bought new. It has less than 100k miles
On it. He bought it back for $600. And now has it getting a total restoration. He said the body is in great shape.
Those are some amazing trucks.

Meh. The good ole days just look good in pictures. Only thing I font like about my new chevy is the seat. An engineer needs their but kicked for that. I did buy a set of spacers to raise it up a bit and it's a little better. My foad has a great seat in it but its rides like a foad.

Another engineer that needs to be kicked in the nuts , is the one who decided that new model open station skid steers dont need a fan in them. Those things are hot.

The government probably wouldn't or doesn't allow it, but if someone would start building glider pick up trucks like the semi industry did I think they would sell great.

Looks like a Remmy 760 in the rack…back when guns and trucks went together!

My first pick-up was 1977 F-150 4 wheel drive, straight 6 with a granny 4speed. I ordered it from Muldon Ford in Pensacola. Price was $6060.00

Those trucks were made a hell of a lot better than the overpriced garbage they're putting on the road today.
