Anybody feeding cotton seed? If so, how long did it take for them to get on it?

I have fed some of it last spring i mixed it with corn the were there within a few hours

I’ve been wanting to try it. But I need another feeder like I need another kid. I do know one of my neighbors that is feeding it. He says they love it. I’m just gonna stick to protein pellets corn and rice bran.

Where can u find cotton hulls? I haven’t been able to locate any. Like johndeer said I see it in texas being fed but no co op or feed stores around me carry it. If anyone around tusc knows so would I

Ive heard u can only feed a certain amount of time with cotton seed

Academy in gadsden has it. Too late for me to try it this year, but I mat try it next year.

Had some left over from feeding cowns in the winter / spring got a small dump truck load straight from the gin

They will eat cottonseed millcakes.
