I haven't had a bath in 30 years. Maybe jacquizz when I'm sore. Long hot shower for me. Took 3 today.

I drink power aid instead of Gatorade because Gatorade leaves my mouth sticky and me more thirsty. I feel like poweraids have more salt and Gatorade has more sugar. Poweraids seem to get me back to normal better than anything else. Alot of times i do water them down. Seems like the more i sweat the sweeter they get. At some point i just switch to water. Im gona try the body armors and the other drinks yall have recommended. . I guess what most of yall are getting at is the way to fight the dehydration is to not get there in the first place. I just looked at a couple of comparisons on Gator and Power aids. Ones I saw said Gator has more salt , potassium and electrolytes . Power beats Gator on vitamins. Here's one . https://adapted-nutrition.com/blogs/news/powerade-vs-gatorade-what-s-the-best-sports-drink

Stop changing shirts. Let the sweat do what it’s supposed to do… cool you off. Not an expert, but hanging iron since 2000 in long sleeves. I don’t change clothes until I take a shower.
Note: deodorant and body powder is your friend. Or at least a quick dry shirt.

Note: deodorant and body powder is your friend. My Grandaddy worked for the Southern RR, I never saw him in a short sleeved shirt. It musta smelled pretty rough in those camp cars after a day in the blazing sun! I always carry a dry shirt and put it on at the end of the day when I get in the truck. I eat a lot of Nanners during Summer, seems to help.
