I have been on the fence about the vaccine. Recently my mom and dad went to the longest yard sale and came home sick. They got tested and it was the Corona virus. Mom got admitted to the hospital 14 days ago and she is now back at home. My dad didn’t go to the hospital and we cut grass yesterday for 9 hours so I guess he is good. Mom is very weak but glad to be home. They are not vaccinated. Mom was prescribed ivermectin by our family doctor. So both my parents still insist that they will not be vaccinated. My wife and kids including myself were in direct contact with my parents the day they came home from the yard sale, however we did not get sick. I guess I am looking for reasons on why to get vaccinated vs unvaccinated. We have been doing the vitamin C, zinc , and vitamin D for a while now. What are y’all’s opinions on getting or not getting the vaccine.

I personally believe the risks of the shot outweigh the potential benefits. I have seen first hand that the vaccines don’t stop anyone from contracting or spreading the virus, so the shame tactics are null and void. I am also very put off by the fact that real research and discussion is not occurring. Having answered your question with my personal opinion, I’d also like to add that anyone can see this is a real, dangerous disease, and every American is entitled to make their own decision about what’s best for them and their family.

Entirely a personal choice. If you feel it is the best for you and yours proceed with the vaccine. Personally, I have had covid and don’t consider myself a vaccine candidate unless they can prove that the vaccine is beneficial more so over my natural acquired immunity. If the vaccine won’t keep me from getting covid and If I have high levels of antibodies I see the vaccine providing more risk then benefit to me.

There is a UAB doc and a bunch of Grandview docs who were assholes interrupting Dr. Jordan Vaughn. The doctor has treated thousands of COVID patients in Alabama using the five early treatments and none has died yet. He goes through all five of them in detail. The Grandview Doctor argued with him saying that it early treatment of COVID doesn't work. I honestly do not to want to go to Grandview Hospital EVER. Watch the video yourself and you decide. He does not talk a lot about vaccines, but he provided some good stuff that would help one understand them.

I tried to watch but couldn't hear very clearly much of it and none of the questions from the back but i could tell that one chick with the mask and shield is a freaking fruit loop . I hope she isnt a Dr.

I know of 3 local people today that have all tested positive. All 3 took the vaccine and boosters for what it’s worth.

Are you saying they two the first two shot vaccination of Moderna or Pfizer and then had the booster? As of now the booster is only being given to a small percentage of the population from what I understand.

That would certainly lead one to suspect that the booster does not help - unless these persons were already exposed to the virus prior to being given the booster.

If you decide on it do it now. It takes 4 weeks to develop the antibodies and protection. This depends on which Vax you take. They vary.
