Looking to build a shop. 24'x30' Metal building, insulated, concrete floor 6" thick. 1 double barrel roll up door 1 regular entrance door. What should I expect for prices? N Morgan Country

Right now with material and labor shortages it is going to be a lot higher than it should be.

My dad sells them. R and B structures is the brand he sells. They have a website you can get on and design your own structure. I priced one out that was a little over 12,000 and it was a 24 x 30. That did not include concrete.

You can get an online quote from Summertown metals. They are going to build me a insulated pole barn style 30x50, 4 inch slab, 2 insulated 10x10 garage doors, 3 windows, 1-36" walk in door, 15x30 concrete apron, 4x4 concrete and awning at walk-in door. It's around $22 sq/ft. Material delivery is scheduled for Mid October, I hope to have it finished by min November. Did this include concrete and site prep?
